This is a decorative Shelley China,  England Heather 10.75 inches in diameter dinner plate, charger or cabinet plate made 1940-1966 with a cobalt blue band, gold overlay and gold rim.

The pattern Heather pattern number 13007 in the Gainsborough or Henley shape.

The large bone china plate is in very good  used vintage condition with no chips or cracks and very little signs of use at all.

A great piece from a famous china maker and very collectible and so versatile on your tea table or as a decor item on a shelf, wall or china cabinet.
